Chicken Giovanna features tender chicken breasts stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, coated in seasoned bread crumbs, then baked to golden perfection—rich, cheesy, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices boiled ham
  • 2 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken breast into halves.
  2. Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken half.
  3. Roll the chicken tightly starting from the narrow end.
  4. Secure each roll with toothpicks.
  5. Melt the butter and mix it with the bread crumbs.
  6. Roll each chicken piece in the bread crumb mixture.
  7. Place the coated chicken rolls in a shallow buttered baking dish.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes at 400°F.
