Chicken-Ham Delight

Ingredients

  • 8 boned chicken breasts
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put ham and cheese slices between folded whole chicken breasts. Toothpick together.
  2. Salt, pepper and flour.
  3. Fry in pan with as little grease as possible just to brown.
  4. Add broth and sherry; cook 35 minutes over low heat.
