Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup Lambrusco wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix 1/2 cup of Italian dressing with the Lambrusco wine and pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Dip the chicken breasts in the remaining dressing, then lightly coat them with bread crumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish with the dressing mixture.
  5. Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
