Ingredients

  • 3 c. diced chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pt. cream
  • 1/8 lb. butter
  • salt to taste
  • 5 oz. sherry
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 pt. boiled rice

Instructions

  1. Bring cream and butter to a boil.
  2. Add cornstarch and curry powder.
  3. Mix smoothly.
  4. Add sherry.
  5. Cook until sauce is thickened and add chicken.
