Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • oregano as desired
  • garlic powder as desired
  • chicken pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine mustard, honey, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly.
  4. Place chicken in a large flat baking pan.
  5. Pour or spoon the marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for several hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake the chicken in the oven for 1 hour or until done.
  8. Make gravy from the pan juices.
  9. Serve the chicken with rice, mixed vegetables, and baked butternut squash.
