Chicken Nibbles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk or buttermilk
  • 1 c. ungreased bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken pieces as desired.
  2. Put chicken in a small bowl with milk.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic bag.
  4. Add 3 to 4 pieces of chicken (shaking off excess liquids).
  5. Shake bag to coat chicken well with crumbs.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet. Be sure the pieces are not touching.
  7. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  8. Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. Remove and serve plain or with sauce.
