Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup rice
  • chicken
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Spread two cans of cream of mushroom soup over the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup of rice over the soup layer, then place the chicken on top.
  3. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the chicken.
  4. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 of a soup can of water over everything.
  5. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
