Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 chicken breasts
  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 to 2 large carrots, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • fully prepared cornbread

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken.
  2. Debone.
  3. Cook carrots, onion, celery, salt and pepper in broth.
  4. Cook until done.
  5. Use strained broth for sauce.
