Chicken Pineapple

Instructions
- Place chicken in roasting pan or large casserole.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dot butter on and around chicken. Add pineapple, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar (enough to cover chicken pieces lightly) and ketchup.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 375° or until chicken is tender, basting often.
- Serve over rice, flavored with butter and garlic.
- Serves 4.
- This dish can be completely prepared the day before, refrigerated covered, and popped into oven before company arrives.
