Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. dried beef
  • paprika
  • bacon
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with dried beef.
  2. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast half.
  3. Place on dried beef.
  4. Dust with garlic powder.
  5. Mix together the mushroom soup, sour cream and canned mushrooms.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Dust with paprika.
  8. Bake in the oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Cover if it gets too brown.
