Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar Hormel real bacon bits
  • 1 package dried beef (thin slices)

Instructions

  1. In a medium casserole dish, line the bottom with dried beef slices.
  2. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the dried beef, side by side, leaving about 1/2-inch space between each.
  3. In a bowl, fold together the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Pour the sour cream and mushroom soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle the layer of bacon bits on top of the mixture.
  6. Place the casserole dish uncovered in a 350°F oven and bake for 45 minutes.
