Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • cooked chicken, cut up
  • 8 oz. mild taco sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can Hormel chili (no beans)
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Place a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking pan.
  2. Add a layer of cooked, cut-up chicken on top of the chips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the taco sauce, cream of chicken soup, and Hormel chili.
  4. Spread this mixture over the chicken layer in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top as the final layer.
  6. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
