Ingredients

  • 4 half breasts chicken, boned
  • 4 pieces Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and cover each with Swiss cheese.
  2. Dilute the can of cream of chicken soup with the sherry and pour over the chicken.
  3. Top the dish with Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
