Ingredients

  • 1 small frying chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 c. wine vinegar
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the small frying chicken into pieces, and chop the garlic and celery into small pieces.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the margarine and brown the chicken pieces.
  3. Add the wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the cover and let the vinegar cook down until the chicken is tender and flavorful.
