Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 cans chicken soup
  • 1 can celery or mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli, drain and cover bottom of greased large casserole.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Mix soups, mayonnaise, egg and lemon juice; spread over chicken.
  4. Cover with cheese.
  5. Melt butter and add to dressing.
  6. (I also add some chicken broth.)
  7. Spoon over soup mixture.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
