- Lay the chicken wings in a pan.
- Pour olive oil over the wings.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and parsley flakes evenly on both sides of the wings.
- Cook uncovered for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover with foil for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over the wings and let sit for 5 minutes.
