Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • basil
  • parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. water
  • lemon

Instructions

  1. Lay the chicken wings in a pan.
  2. Pour olive oil over the wings.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and parsley flakes evenly on both sides of the wings.
  4. Cook uncovered for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
  5. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover with foil for another 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon over the wings and let sit for 5 minutes.
