Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 small package orange Jell-O
  • 1 large can Carnation milk
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 pie shells

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, and pineapple juice until smooth; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Add Jell-O and let cool completely.
  3. Whip the refrigerated Carnation milk until fluffy.
  4. Add lemon juice to the whipped milk.
  5. Fold the cooled Jell-O mixture into the whipped milk, blending well.
  6. Divide the mixture into 2 prepared pie shells.
  7. Refrigerate the pies until set and then serve.
