Chile-Cheese Loaf
A savory, cheesy bread loaf with green chiles, perfect for sharing as an appetizer or side dish, featuring a soft interior and a golden, crusty exterior.

- Allow dough to thaw at room temperature.
- On a lightly floured board, roll the dough out to a 14 x 12-inch rectangle.
- Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and sprinkle with shredded Jack cheese and diced green chiles.
- Beginning from the long side, tightly roll the dough up jelly roll fashion.
- Place the seam side down on a baking sheet, pinching the ends together to form an oval shape.
- Using a sharp knife or scissors, cut slashes in the dough at 1-inch intervals.
- Brush the dough with the remaining melted butter.
- Allow the loaf to rise until doubled in size.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the pan immediately and allow to cool on a wire rack.
