Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons canned green chiles, seeded and chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly mix the cooked chicken, chopped green chiles, green onions, shredded Jack cheese, sour cream, and salt together.
  2. Spread about half of the mixture down the center of each flour tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla into a cylinder to enclose the filling.
  4. Wrap each burrito lightly in a paper towel and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds until the filling is bubbling.
  5. Let the burritos stand for 1 minute before serving.
