Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can chili
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion; drain off excess fat.
  2. Mix the canned chili into the meat and onion mixture.
  3. Line the bottom of a baking dish with flour tortillas.
  4. Pour a layer of the meat and chili mixture over the tortillas.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of tortillas and meat mixture.
  6. Top the assembled layers with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
