Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. medium-sized shrimp, peeled
  • bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, chili powder, and garlic powder together in a bowl.
  2. Dip each peeled shrimp into the chili butter mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Wrap each coated shrimp with a quarter slice of bacon.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on the barbecue grill.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
