Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 lb. cheese, grated
  • 1 cup green chili sauce or thick picante

Instructions

  1. Spread half of the grated cheese into a greased rectangular open pan.
  2. Beat the eggs and combine with the green chili sauce or thick picante.
  3. Pour the egg and chili mixture over the cheese in the pan.
  4. Top with the remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake the mixture at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Chill the dish and cut into small squares.
