Ingredients

  • 10 burrito size flour tortillas
  • 10 hot dogs
  • 1 can chili (no beans)
  • 10 slices cheese

Instructions

  1. Soften the tortillas for 45 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Place one slice of cheese, one hot dog, and one heaping tablespoon of chili on the side of a tortilla nearest you.
  3. Roll the tortilla away from you approximately two-thirds the width of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the ends in and continue rolling to seal the chili and hot dog inside.
  5. Fry the burrito in enough oil to cover half of it.
  6. Fry, flap side down first, to prevent it from opening up.
  7. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
