Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, water, cornstarch and sugar in bowl.
- Add thin sliced cut beef.
- Stir to coat and marinate 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in skillet and add beef (including marinade); stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
- Add frozen vegetables.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove cover and simmer 2 minutes, while stirring gently.
- Serve with rice.
