Chinese Eggrolls

- Steam cabbage, lettuce, onions, celery and pepper until soft, but not mushy.
- Stir-fry in 1/4 cup of oil, the meat for 3 minutes. Add water chestnuts and cook 5 minutes.
- Add cabbage mixture and stir.
- Add bean sprouts and cook until soft.
- Place small amount on eggroll skin, fold and seal with small amount of egg yolk.
- Deep fry in 1/2 inch of oil.
