Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • green pepper, cut fine
  • onion, cut fine

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar and vinegar.
  2. Cook until thick.
  3. Add cream cheese.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add green pepper and onion.
