Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream and add to the cooked beef.
  3. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Cover with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
