Ingredients
- 1 box no-boil lasagna noodles ⓘ
- 1 to 2 cans refried beans ⓘ
- 1 lb ground beef ⓘ
- 1 package taco seasoning ⓘ
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 small can sliced olives ⓘ
- 2 cups shredded taco cheese (Cheddar or Jack) ⓘ
- sour cream ⓘ
- chopped onions (optional) ⓘ
- 1 small can enchilada sauce or 1 small jar salsa ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together the crushed tomatoes and enchilada sauce or salsa; set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and add the taco seasoning.
- If desired, cook chopped onions with the ground beef or add them during assembly.
- Layer no-boil lasagna noodles in a baking dish.
- Spread refried beans over the noodles.
- Add a layer of cooked ground beef with taco seasoning.
- Pour the tomato and enchilada mixture over the layers.
- Sprinkle sliced olives and shredded taco cheese on top.
- Repeat layers if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Serve topped with sour cream.
