Ingredients

  • 2 c. peeled, chipped baking apples
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chipped pecan nuts
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Dump all together in bowl and mix. Pour into funnel cake pan or large rectangular pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
