Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. crushed sour cream and onion potato chips

Instructions

  1. Have cheese at room temperature.
  2. Blend well with mixer.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup crushed chips. Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips.
  4. Chill.
