Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Grease square pan (8 or 9-inch).
  3. Mix ingredients.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
