Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made pie crust
  • 32 marshmallows or 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 squares (1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows, milk, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Chill until partially set.
  3. In a chilled bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture along with vanilla and grated chocolate.
  5. Pile the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
