- Dissolve both packages of lemon and orange/pineapple jello in 5 cups of hot water.
- Soften the cream cheese and mix it into the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Allow the jello to cool slightly, then mix in the cream cheese-Cool Whip mixture.
- Add chopped salad olives and crushed pineapple to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a salad mold and refrigerate until set.
