Chocolate And Raspberry Mousse

- Combine raspberries and powdered sugar. Set aside.
- Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla over a double boiler until creamy. Remove from heat and fold in chocolate. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks then fold in. Beat egg whites until stiff then fold in.
- Distribute raspberries between 4 serving bowls. Spoon chocolate mousse over top. Chill for 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with pistachios.
