Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Add sugar and mix. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add flour, salt and vanilla.
  2. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Put pan in fridge and chill. Take out and cut into bite-size pieces. Roll in confectioners sugar.
