Instructions
- Combine egg, bourbon, lemon juice, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Set aside.
- Cream butter in a medium mixing bowl; add chocolate, and beat until blended. Gradually add sugar to chocolate mixture alternately with bourbon mixture, beating until mixture is smooth.
