Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 c cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil until a few small drops form a little ball when dropped in a glass of cold water.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Use as icing for cake or dessert.
