Instructions
- Blend together crumbs and melted butter.
- Press firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
- Cream butter and sugar well.
- Add eggs and melted chocolate.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Spoon over crumbs.
- Set in freezer while whipping cream.
- Gently fold mini marshmallows into whipping cream.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
- Freeze.
- Serves 9.
