Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients well.
- Melt margarine in 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Spoon batter over margarine; don't mix.
- Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
- Sprinkle over batter.
- Pour boiling water over top of pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Good over vanilla ice cream.
