Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. lite Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. lite chocolate icing
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the pan.
  3. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions using milk.
  4. Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
  6. Mix the lite Cool Whip with the remaining pudding or use as is to spread over the crackers.
  7. Place another layer of graham crackers over the Cool Whip mixture.
  8. Spread the lite chocolate icing evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Chill the cake in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
