Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 5 packets sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 pint low-fat chocolate ice milk

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/3 cup skim milk and gelatin in a blender container and wait one minute before adding water.
  2. Blend until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add remaining milk, sugar substitute, cocoa, and vanilla; blend.
  4. Add low-fat chocolate ice milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spoon into dessert cups.
  6. Chill until set.
