Ingredients

  • 2 squares bitter chocolate
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pet milk
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the bitter chocolate.
  2. Add white sugar, Pet milk, butter, and salt to the melted chocolate.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and boil slowly until a soft ball forms in water.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  5. Cool to room temperature.
  6. Beat until creamy.
  7. Add nuts and beat until thick.
  8. Pour the mixture onto a buttered dish.
  9. Form into a roll using waxed paper.
  10. Set in refrigerator and let cool.
  11. Thinly slice into desired pieces.
