Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In an oven-safe casserole dish, melt the margarine.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour and 1 cup sugar.
  4. Add milk and blend well.
  5. Pour the batter into the melted margarine without stirring.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cocoa, 1 cup sugar, and water.
  7. Pour the cocoa mixture into the batter without stirring.
  8. Bake at 350°F until done, approximately 35 minutes.
