A creamy, fruity chocolate raspberry whip combining raspberry juice, chocolate Cool Whip, and sweetened milk for a delightful dessert perfect for gatherings or casual treats.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. carton frozen raspberry juice concentrate
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 carton chocolate Cool Whip
  • graham cracker pie shell

Instructions

  1. With a mixer, combine raspberry juice concentrate, Eagle Brand milk, and chocolate Cool Whip.
  2. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker pie shell.
  3. Allow the pie to sit in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
  4. Filling can also be served chilled in glasses.
  5. May be garnished with regular Cool Whip before serving.
