Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and whipped cream, then mix well with a mixer.
  3. Place graham cracker crumbs in an 8 x 8-inch pan to form the crust.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs on top.
  6. Freeze the cheesecake for several hours until firm.
  7. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving to soften.
