Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Tbsp. imitation rum extract
  • 3 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate morsels in the top of a double boiler; let stand until cool but not set.
  2. Combine the melted chocolate, Marshmallow Creme, and rum extract; stir well.
  3. Add the crisp rice cereal, coconut, and chopped pecans to the mixture.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Chill until firm before serving.
