- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Add the vanilla and flour.
- Pour one-third of the mixture into a small bowl and set aside.
- Add the melted chocolate to the large bowl and mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Gently pour contents of small bowl on top of chocolate layer and top with nuts and chips.
- Press in lightly.
