Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate chips, milk, and softened butter in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the butter is melted and well mixed.
  2. Remove from heat and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form into small balls using a teaspoon and your fingers.
  4. The mixture may seem stiff at first, but the heat from your fingers will soften it.
  5. Roll the truffles in your choice of cocoa powder, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate sprinkles, or in melted and cooled chocolate.
