Chops With Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 c. egg noodles
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • soft bread crumbs to cover
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown pork chops on both sides in oil.
  2. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Cook noodles and drain.
  4. Add onion, ketchup and water to noodles.
  5. Mix together and spread over pork chops.
  6. Cover with bread crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top has browned. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
