Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 pkg. pitted dates
  • 1 pkg. chorice sausage

Instructions

  1. Slice the chorice sausage thin diagonally.
  2. Cut the bacon in half.
  3. Place a slice of sausage and a date on each piece of bacon.
  4. Roll up the bacon around the sausage and date, securing with a toothpick.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Turn the appetizers after 10 minutes for even cooking.
  7. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes on each side to achieve a crispy finish.
